Are you aware of Archibald McDowell Campbell who died during the Civil
War and is buried in neighboring Monroe County, W.Va.? He may be a
connection of yours. The book History of Monroe County has quite a bit
of information about the Campbell family who lived there. Monroe County
was formed from Grienbrier County in 1799.
