I'm re-posting a message I sent clear back in 2009. I miss the days (about
1998-2003) when the Rootsweb lists were very active. Time moves on and
search methods change, but I wish I could connect with other researchers like
I did in the past. I learned so much. Thanks for reading.

Subject: [KELLY] Veland Kelly
I don't know when I joined this list, but I was so pleased to receive
some
postings. Does anyone know something to share about:
Veland KELLY, possibly born in Loudon County, VA, lived in Mason County,
KY,
married Knetzer (2nd wife ?)
Elizabeth KELLY, daughter of Veland, married Rev. John Wesley Riggen
I don't have the dates in front of me. It's late 1700's and early
1800's. My family doesn't know much about this line or the KELLY surname.
I'd
be pleased to receive a clue or two.
Thanks!
