I also have Scotland based Campbells, and I find that it is best to subscribe to the
county list for where they lived. The people on those lists are incredibly helpful, and I
am sure you will be helped in no time at all.
I find that the Campbell list seems to be primarily for USA Campbells that seem to have
been over there for ever.
I do have branches of my Campbells that emigrated to the USA in the late 1800s, but I have
had no luck on the Campbell list. I stay subscribed in the hope that one day a connection
will pop up
