Hello Jim,
I have entered the data at least five times this year and no one seems to know them, I
do not have dates now as my computer crashed and I can not find my back up disk. Although
I have found they are Both Burried in Brown Cemetery, in Ok. They were John Marion
Campbell who married Mary Elizabeth Stewart. I did get a response from a cousin on John
Marion's brother and now can not find that info but it may be way back in my mail. (I
hope)
Thanks for trying to help, I really do know how to do that. My point was just that there
are no Male campbells left in my family that I kinow of.

Peggy,
I would suggest that you include birth and death year as well as where
the ancestor lived when making such queries. I'm going to both
illustrate and piggy-back on your request .
My g-g-grandfather, John D. Campbell (1812-1890) lived all his life in
the part of Lincoln Co., NC that later became Catawba Co. Even with DNA
testing he has been my brick wall for about 30 years. In all his census
entries he stated that his parents were born in NC. I suspect that he
is related somehow to the SW VA Campbells.
