Hi,
As you read the following newspaper articles, the first one is for a Mrs. Eldridge, in
Twiggs County, GA. I believe this to be my Rev. War Widow Jane Eldridge. The second one
is for a Sarah Eldridge in Bibb County, GA. Sarah Eldridge took care of Jane
Eldridge's property after her death. I have not found the proof - but believe that
Jane might have had a son John, that married Sarah, making her a daughter-in-law.
This is the first time I have come across this name, but my question is - Who is JEHU
CAMPBELL? What connection could he have with my Eldridge family.
Any help would greatly be appreciated.
Donna Eldridge
