My dad's father is from Center, Texas which is East Texas, do you have
anything from there.

:in March,1839 and enlisted in the Army of The Republic of Texas.He also
:received a $30 bounty for something and it
:gives a physical description of him.He was 30 yrs old.
:#2George W Campbell applied for a Confederate war pension
:in 1899 in Leon CO.Texas.He had lived in Texas for 30 yrs
:#3 J.B. Campbell of Bastrop,Tx testified on above Campbells behalf to get
the
:pension(no relation noted)
:#4 W.E.Campbell Bounty receipts as a Texas Ranger
:1893-1896/Cotulla,Texas
:#5 D.W.Campbell Railroad Ranger 1923-1929/Service records
:with physical description.etc.
