my roots...trying to get to the macintyre/camobell connection.one was at one
end and the other held the other end of the glen...we paid a snowball and a
fatted white calf to campbellssuposed to be direct line to dukes but so far
not found...just read a book about these people and although some is true a
lot isn't what has been passed down in our family.. mjt

Thanks for the suggestions. I have several different Campbell lines,

several Ann Campbells of similar vintage, but they're all in the Loch Awe
and Inveraray areas. This lady in Perth is new -- but she could have come
from any of the other areas, I guess. Although she was presumably born
about
1756, I'm figuring it could have been later: they did tend to stretch
their
ages when they got older.
