On this second day of October AD eighteen hundred and twenty, personally
appeared in open court of common pleas held in Williamsport for the county
of Lycoming being a court of record proceeding according to the course
of common law with jurisdiction unlimited in point of amount and keeping
a record of the proceedings, Robert Campbell, aged about 60 years, resident
of Lycoming County aforesaid, who being duly sworn according to law, doth
on his oath make the following declaration in order to obtain the provision
made by act of congress of the 28th of March AD 1818 & first of May 1820,
that he served in the Revolutionary War, in the Company commanded by Captain
William Wilson in the regiment commanded by Colonel Harman, in the Line
of Pennsylvania, and has obtained a pension under the act of March AD 1818,
his certificate being numbered 3521, dated 8th October AD 1818 and to commence
on the 6th day of April AD 1818. And I do solemly swear that I was a resident
citizen of the United States on the 18th day of March AD 1818 and that
I have not since that time by gift, sale, or in any manner disposed of
my property or any part of thereof, with intent thereby to diminish it
as to bring myself within the provisions of an act of congress, Entitled,
an act to provide for certain persons engaged in the land and naval services
of the United States in the Revoltionary War, passed on the 18th day of
March AD 1818 and that I have not nor has any person in trust for me any
property or securities contracts or debts due to me, nor have I any income
other than those what is obtained in the schedule here to annexed and by
me subscribed.

Rachel aged about 59 years infirm like myself.
