There is also
www.abebooks.com I have gotten about 40 books through them
for out of print books. ABE is a service that has over 3000 bookstores all
over the world. I have received books from England, France, Australia,
Canada, Germany, etc. Who knows how a book travels around the world. the
book I bought from Australia was about Wales, the one from England was about
Germany, etc.

Shannon,
If the book is out of print you might try either Barnes and Noble or
Amazon.com. Each has a service for searching out of print books. If it's
not
out of print you might find it in either place. There are many out of
print
book searches. Go to your favorite search engine and type in "out of
print".
Then there's the New England Historical Genealogy Society which you must
join, but offers a large catalog of books for genealogists, not limited to
New England.
Good Luck.
