Thanks for the offer -- and for someone besides me posting a message to this
list.
It sound like a very good idea. I heard from one subscriber who was very
impressed by the pages at the URLs you supplied.
We probably need to have both methods available. I don't know if this
applies to any of our subscribers, but there are some people who have e-mail
access only, without web access. The last time I checked, it was a lot
cheper. I know there are subscribers on other mail lists I subscribe to
that don't have web access.
Regardless of whether or not anyone on our list is "web-less", we should
place the photos on a web site. You and I can correspond directly,
off-list, as to the best way to do this and have it fit in with the long
term goal of a Beecher's Island Campbell website that will have all the
minutes of reunions, Cousins Dinners, historic family documents, other
photos, and some communications among living people.
And, we welcome Katie to the family. Good planning on that birtday present
for your dad.
Thanks again and congratulations!

Could these pictures be put on a web site? I know Rootsweb provides
unlimited free space for pictures. I might be able to help set it up if you
d like. It'd be a lot easier than mailing all those pictures individually.
You can see the pictures I have at Rootsweb (some of them of Campbells) at
http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~zurflieh/images.html
I also have a family tree online at

Oh, and BTW, I don't think I mentioned the newest addition to our family,
who arrived on my dad's birthday:
