Thanks. Sorry for your loss. I saw on Facebook that he'd died, but
was waiting for an obit to appear so I could include a link in my
announcement. I'm in a cheap motel in Bath, and last night couldn't
connect to the Internet. They were going to have the owner come in and
give CPR to the router. It must have worked, because this morning, the
Internet access works.
Yesterday I met Mary Alice WEEKS Gurnsey, Joy's sister, and added some
more names to the current generation in the tree. I didn't know she now
lives in Whitesville, NY.
Tomorrow or Monday I expect to meet CC Peter Loring Borst. In a few
minutes, I'll be off for the Boller reunion. As you may know, I'm
William Boller Thompson, in honor of my great-uncle by marriage, Wm.
Boller. He and Inez HOYT Boller raised my mother after Joe Hoyt died. I
grew up calling him "Grampa Bill", as my grandfather Thompson died in 1895.
Time to check out of the motel and head off for Letchworth Park, the
"gorgeous" location of the reunion.

His viewing is tonight and funeral tomorrow. See obit at
http://hpsmithandsonfuneralhome.com/webcast/6210
Our condolences to his family and friends.
Only last October I was at the same funeral home for the funeral of our late
VP, Lois CHURCH Hassoldt.
The obit contains highlights of his of his life. His in-laws were Martha
Orilla Buck and Mark Treat Owlett (1897 - 1979), son of Andrew Owlett and
Anna Marie Bosard (1860 - 1934), dau. of Malchia Bosard and Eleanor
Campbelll (1828 - 1910), dau. of Ann Clinch and Joseph Campbell (1793 -
1864), son of Mary Harper and Joseph Campbell (1748 - 1822).
Our family tree how contains 15,384 individuals and 6,654 marriages.
Wilbur's entry is at

I've briefly met him at some Owlett Reunions, but didn't know him well.
Our grandchildren are here visiting and we have commitments of where to take
them tomorrow, so I won't be able to attend the funeral.
