To all the members of the Campbell Family, Greetings!
Since this reunion of Aug 20, 1942 is the last, it seems fitting that there
should be a message from the grandchildren of the late James M. Parks, sons
of James Gordon Parks of Harrison Valley, Pa. I assume these records will be
filed safely and in years to come some of our family may value them greatly.

Enlisted in U.S. Army Air Corps January 1942
Expects graduation and Lieutenancy commission Ocy 8, 1942
Attended the following U.S. Army Aviation Schools.

He is engaged to marry Miss June Harrison of 211 Austin Place, Elmira, N.Y.
Benjamin Reed Parks
Born in Harrison Valley, Pa., Dec 8, 1923

Attended Westfield High School 1933-40
Attended Riverside Military Academy, Gainsville, Georgia 1941-42
On roll of Curtis-Wright Aviation Corp., Buffalo, N.Y.
At present is convalescing from a hernia operation in the Soldiers and
Sailors Memorial Hospital, Penn Yan, N.Y., Aug 4, 1942.
Expects to return to Buffalo soon as physically able.
Blood is still thicker than water!
We mourn with all of you for our friends Villa and Clyde Campbell. May God
bless and keep all the Campbell family wherever they may be and may we all
be joined together eventually into the arms of the mercy of our Lord, have
the blessed rest of everlasting peace and into the glorious company of the
saints in light.
