I'm doing research on a Henry C. Camp b.1812 VA who married Trophena Bruce.
They lived in Benton Co., TN. Are they connected in any way to your Camps?

This is part of my husband's line. I don't have much...nothing
documented...but a relative had given the following info. Sorry but I
don't
have any dates. This family moved to South Carolina - Spartanburg
area
from
VA when the children were quite young. It was said that James CAMP
died
about
4 years after the move, when his daughter Narcissus was 12 years
old.
James CAMP married Sarah JENNINGS and had the following children :
Narcissus CAMP (oldest) married Thomas BRIAN (my husband's line)
Alfred CAMP
Joseph CAMP
William CAMP
James CAMP
Harriet CAMP, may have married a RAY
Is the 1850 Census mentioned for Benton County, Tenn?
