Dr. Gunter,
I show Edmund Camp as an Ensign American Revolution soldier, born 1739
in VA, Died 1834 Franklin Co., GA, married Mary Ragsdale with 8 or 9
children, then later married Elizabeth Carney (sister of father's 2nd
wife) and had 14 children. Unfortunately I have nothing on Temperence.
You might pursue: Elroy Christenson's Geneology Index (which is where I
got the above info), or Geneologicical Database, or
<
www.gendex.com:8080/>. Hope that helps.

Somewhere our research, my father and I learned of
a daughter of Edmund Camp and Mary Ragsdale:
Temperance Camp b. abt 1763 in Virginia
d. aft 1826 in Anderson Co. SC.
She is supposed to have married David Watkins
in had a daughter Esther Watkins who married a
Abner Cason.
I find no reference to her on the Camp family
website and wonder if anyone else knows of this
individual. Can anyone help?
