To Judith and anyone else interested in the Tarpley-Camp relationship:
I am as confused as ever with our Tarpley connection. I think that
there are too many loose folks in the Tarpley line to draw any iron
clad decisions about. I ran across something the other day that
indicated that the will that I thought was Samuel Peachey's (it was
very difficult to read) was actually a William Peachey. I am being
inundated with in-laws (and outlaws? <g>) for Thanksgiving and will
haul out my Tarpley file over the weekend to see what else I can
find. Meanwhile, does any one have Jeanette Austin's CD about the
Peacheys and/or the one that include the Camps? I was thinking about
purchasing them, but didn't want to bother unless they had anything
new on them.
I hope that we are not boring those Camp's who are not interested in
this line, but I think that lively discussion will help spark something
in someone somewhere and maybe be we can find evidence of which Tarpley
factually goes with which Camp.
If anyone has any new information regarding the son of John and Mary
Tarpley Camp, James Camp, who came to Georgia, I would REALLY appreciate
having it! I have very little about him.
I sincerely wish that each and every one of you has a blessed Thanksgiving!
Best wishes,
Carole Camp Johnson
