Rosa Lee Camp Songer, 92, of 5834 Morningside Drive, Columbus, died Thursday at The
Medical Center
The graveside funeral will be 4 p.m. today at Parkhill Cemetery, according to
Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, Columbus.
Mrs. Songer was born Feb. 8, 1902, in Fulton county, GA daughter of Louvenia Meggs and
Robert Green Camp. She was a homemaker, lived in Columbus since 1936, and was a member of
Eastern Heights Baptist Church.
Survivors include two sons, Reuben F. Songer, of Shiloh, GA, and Roy C. Songer Jr. of
Columbus; three daughters, Margaret Giror of Houma, LA, Alice Stewart of Columbus and
Monona Brewer of Riverdale, GA; a brother, Carl C. Camp of Stockbridge, GA; 21
grandchildren; great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
