George,
I am apparently also a descendent of the Thomas Campe, Nazeing, England,
mentioned in many of the recent posting to the CAMP-list. However, I'm
interested in your mention of a WILLIS ancestor as my daughter-in-law's
paternal grandmother was Sally Willis. 1915-2002, NC. Sally's parents
were Cass Neal Willis & Elsie Pait (Pate). Am wondering if you might have
a connection to this Willis line.

Buck,
I appreciate all that you and other Camps are doing to find and
preserve information about our Camp line. As I've done for the
Willis line (my paternal grandmother), I'm saving a few things but
primarily making note that others have lots more information should
anyone want to get it. Instead, Jim Nelson (Yorktown) and I have
concentrated on our Nelson line. Several months ago thanks to the
Family Tree Nelson DNA project Jim was able to connect with a family
that apparently descended from our James Franklin Nelson's brother,
but we still have not been able to trace our line back to their
parents or possibly other siblings.
Best of luck in your search -- and I hope you continue to enjoy
beautiful Mount Dora!
