Barbara,
I also did what Jim suggested, just forgot about doing it. I have no idea
what it does, someone suggested it. As long as it isn't a ploy to break
down my security, I will try it.

Hi Barbara and everyone,
The virus is the result of a member getting the virus and opening it. It
is
one of the types that then sends itself to everyone on the infected
person's
contact list or email list. Outlook (Microsoft's email software) is the
one
most vulnerable to this type of virus.
Here is the cure. Go into yout contact list and put a new entry (new
contact) as 0000 as the contact name. (Use 4 zeros). Do not enter an
email
address and save this. That way if you get a virus, it cannot be sent out
to
everyone else. Best way to prevent a virus is to never open an attachment
in your email unless you know what it is or know that the person is sending
you an attachment.
Barbara, I use a firewall from McAfee but will check with IT dept at work
to
get you name of best software to use.
