Hello Everyone: I am too, searching CT Camps.
My line is from John Spencer Camp b. 1875 New Haven (from New Haven Census).
I am searching for information to link to John Camp b. 1876. (Camp Family
Website at Roots Web) I believe this may be the same John Camp.
If any one has information it would be appreciated. I do know the CT Camp
family was historically associated with The New Haven Clock Shop and of
course there is, Walter Camp, the Father of American Football. Thanks for
your help. Kim

I did come across Camps from NY, but decided to limit my self to New
England--, because I was becoming overwhelmed when I first began collecting
information. Also, I do not have the time that I wish to focus on genealogy.
I plan to research some of England's and other European web sites at some
point in time to see what I can come across. At the very least may be I can
gather some historical notes.
Sarah

That's alright even copying and pasting does not always work either. I
found
this with Worldconnect if you are on a database you want to send the
url
to it
will not work. The person has to go to worldconnect and then find
that
database themselves. I have been to gencircles and it is a good site and
that
nifty list they give you of databases they think are the same makes
life
so
easy. One I miss though is genconnect as it has been removed from
the
internet. I would not have had a problem if I had read all the messages
before
sending my email as someone else sent the correct url. Was trying to
catch
up
on a lot of mail and never thought first. My Camps were from Ct.
along
with
the Seymours, Northrups.
