David,
Thank you for your lineage however, there is a small error in it. You have
listed John Camp and Rebecca Galpin as having a son, John Camp - which indeed
they did. However this John is not the one who married Eleanor Peake. The
John Camp who married Eleanor Peake is listed in the Woodstock, Windham
County Vital Records and the marriage is also listed in the Early Connecticut
Marriages and the IGI, parentage unknown at this time.
John Camp and Rebecca Galpin's son John married Penelope Deming on 1 November
1739 in Wetherfield, Ct.

Genealogy of Ancient Wethersfield p201
The children of John and Penelope were being born in Wethersfield the same
time John and Eleanor's children were being born in Woodstock (ca 1744-1759).
John and Penelope are buried together in Newington, Hartford County,
Connecticut when they died 1782 and 1784 respectively. I don't find any
sources that can tie this John and Penelope in Hartford County with the John
and Eleanor in Windham County.
Does anyone have any additional information that would help us in this family?
