Hello, Buck Camp and Connie,
I, too, have Winifred Starling being born in; Virginia--Halifax County in
1720 and died in 1761. Her father was listed as Richard Starling. I got
this information about 30 years ago at the LDS Library in Salt Lake City.

Hello Buck Camp,
Where did you get the information that
she was from Wales? I didn't mark the source, but I have
her father as Richard Starling. She was born about 1720
and died 1761 in Culpepper County, Virginia. Do you have
this information, or does anyone else have this?
