Al, You are right William Washington Camp and Williams Washington Camp are
not the same person. Williams Washington Camp was born in Warren County, GA
in Dec 1800. He joined the Mormon Church and brought his family west with
the Mormon Migration. He Died in 1887 in Salt Lake and is buried in the
Salt Lake City Cemetary. I have visited the sight and have copies of the
cemetary documents.

While catching-up on my reading after several weeks
"off-line", I
noted a discussion during the June 3-6 time frame concerning one
Williams Washington Camp, with an "s". A few years ago this
same question arose and I believe someone wrote that W. W.
Camp, with an "s", was also related to a Williams family and thus
his first name. I can vouch for William Washington Camp, without
an "s", not being that same person as he was my great-grandfather.
He was the youngest son of "Big-Headed" John Camp, who was
the pioneer that first claimed the Land Lot just east of Jonesboro,
GA, then in old Henry County, where William, without an "s", was
born, lived, and died. William is buried in the Jonesboro City
Cemetery. My lineage: Alfred Allen Camp, Harold Glenn Camp,
Alonza Allen Camp, Sr., William Washington Camp, "Big-Headed"
John Camp, James Camp, John Camp, Thomas Camp, III.
