When you get around to researching the location of Joseph Camp's
homestead (or perhaps better, do this now), I recommend you contact Joe
Baggett, a Camp descendant who lives in Douglasville, Georgia. He is
quite familiar with the family in that area and is now publishing
newsletter, "Douglas County, Georgia, Genealogy." You can contact him at

We, too, enjoyed our brief association with Annie Sara Camp Johnston and
visited her in the nursing home shortly before her death. She really
loved the family and knew almost anything one would like to know about
Old Campbell County, Georgia.
