Thete time period for the Camp family you have sounds about right but I
couldn't say for sure. My aunt knew this family and wrote "Rev. P.M. Camp"
on the picture and said he was minister at Summit St. United Brethren church.
I will send you the pictures. They are too nice to throw away and I hope
you will find a home for them. I may be able to find out a little more about
the family.

Don't know if you are interested, but the Camp descendants of Alvin and
Margaret Camp (Alvin is son of
Williams Peter Camp, who is son of Williams Washington
Camp, etc.) is having a family reunion in Malad City, Idaho
the weekend of August 3rd/4th. There is an email to contact for info. It is
being organized by my cousins in
Malad, Tonya and Conley Christofferson. If you are
interested in more info, contact me at vlmccown(a)aol.com
and I will forward your email on to Tonya.

Williams Peter Camp was my great-great grandfather. He lived in
Idaho, and is buried at the Pleasantview Cemetery in southern Idaho,
near the town of Malad City. (Pleasantview is about 4 or 5 miles west
of Malad). He donated the land for use as the cemetery.

Mary,
I don't know if these people are in MY direct Camp line, but could you
maybe post them on-line? Or send them to Barbara or Larry at the Camp
rootsweb list so they can post them on-line? Good way to share with all us
Camps.

No cost to join, there are many reunions of different Camp families and the
Camp Bulletin is a subscription newsletter. All the information you need is
on the Camp Family Association web site: Camp Family Association

The Camp Family Assoc. would like those pictures so we could put them on our
web site. I checked the Camp Family Database and the only family whose
father was a P. Camp and had a son named Wendell was the Williams Peter Camp
born 1879 and whose son, Wendell, was born 1910. Unfortunately we have no
location for this family yet. Send to:

I really don't know what his name was except for the Initials "P M" which
were often used in those days. I think it may have been Peter but as now
that's the only name I know of. Apparently the family were friends of my
grandparents as they must have given them pictures. There is a picture of
Wendel as a cute little boy and also the rev. P. M. Camp. This would have
been in the period between 1905 -15 I think.

Would that be Rev. Peter Camp?
Thank you, June
