Just as an FYI... I was doing lookups in a Milford CT Cemetery last month
and found the following and made the following notations - I don't know if
they will connect but you may want to keep the information handy...
1.Sarah Camp wife of Nicholas Camp d. Sept. 6, 1645 First Adult Burial,
Milford Cemetery (inscribed on a special marker)
2. "Here lyes the Body of Deacon John Camp who departed this life August
the 21st 1731 in the 69th Year of his Age"
3. "Here lyes ye body of Joseph Camp son of Mr. Caleb Camp & Mrs. Mary Camp
who departed this life Septr ye 30th AD 1750 in ye 3. Year of His Age"
other Camp names I just wrote the basic information on but no dates yet
are:
Elias Camp, Nicholas Camp, Enos Camp, David Camp, Lieu. Ezra Camp, Mary
Camp m. Samuel Camp, Mr. Amos Camp, John Camp?
Hope this helps someone someday...

This is my first posting to this list. Thought I would get all my info
organized in order to ask an intelligent question and realized I am really
confused. I have Lydia CAMP b. 14 Mar 1701/2 Newark, NJ. I have no proof of
her parents but thought they were Samuel CAMP (b. circa 1645 Newark, NJ) and
Mary nee CAMP (b. 22 Mar 1662/3.) Need first of all to see if this is true.
Anyone have her as their daughter? Thanks for any help.

I had two by the name of Israel and Israelyhe with practically the same
notes. I decided to combine the two into one. It is a common practice to use
the same name when one dies in infancy. Since these both lived to maturity,
this isn't the case here so assumed that it was a case of mistaken identity.
At least, I hope that's the way that it was.

Hi All
