I have "not" done any follow-up on William Cammage. From the way I
interpreted the message (see quote below), I understood that there was "no
further information available" other than what was posted - from the person
who posted this message.

Sorry! I guess the benefit of knowing that there is a William Cammage who
was a landowner in NRY is that you at least have that piece of information.
And, perhaps you could ask someone on the YORKSGEN-L mailing list who is
actually in England to physically do a "look-up" for you in land records. If
someone is willing to do that, perhaps you could get more information that
way?
I'm afraid I'm a little too "green" yet in genealogy research to be of
much
help to you. Perhaps someone else on the list will have a better suggestion
as to "how" to go about following up on this lead.
Is William one of your "most wanted" CAMIDGEs? What information, if any, do
you have on him now? If I should stumble across anything, I will be sure to
