Subject: [CAMIDGE-L --] New Member Saying Hi
Hi to all members who are searching for relatives of the family of CAMIDGE
or its variants.
I am new to the internet.
New to rootsweb.
Most of you seem to be on the other side of the 'Pond' from me.
My husband was HENRY CAMIDGE. His father was
FRANK BREMNER CAMIDGE the 21st child of
HENRY FRANCIS CAMIDGE
who was the son of CHARLES CAMIDGE born c 1786 died before 1839.
They all came from the West side of England, around what is now Liverpool.
I have been told that they are connected to the CAMIDGES who came from the
East side of England, the city of YORK, and have a direct link to the
famous
organists of Yorkminster, (the cathedral of YORK.) That is, John,
Matthew
and John.
HENRY BREMNER CAMIDGE was married twice and had eleven children by each
wife.
Does anyone know anything about CHARLES CAMIDGE C.1786-C.1839, who was
married to ELIZABETH ROWBOTHAM?
Good searching to all of you.
Jean
