Hi Sheila,
For a brief moment there I thought perhaps there was a family connection,
i.e. Missouri, but, in your latter note you'd state that your line was
through
your father and his siblings arriving in the US from Scotland.
The possible connection that I'd been thinking was through William's
daughter Elizabeth who married Samuel Parker and were residing in
Enterprise,
Missouri about 1870. Distant cousins perhaps?
The photographs to which I'd referred in my earlier email were taken in
Iowa, US. I'd thought that perhaps the photograph of Samuel may have been
taken
before the family removed to Iowa (1854), but, in viewing his facial
features I
suspect it may have been taken about 1860 - 1870.
Hope all is well with everyone there.
Stephen

Hi -- you don't say where these photos are from: Scotland? Ireland? USA?
Canada? Australia? South Africa? Or????
I'd be pleased to have a look -- address above.
