Bob, thanks so much for sharing these lately, I am sure someone will be
helped. Here's a mystery in my Camerons. 7 are buried in Kingston
area, Cataracqui Cemetery in our Cameron plot. I pretty much know one
is my ggrandfather George Frederick Cameron the poet, and I DO know his
mother is there, Jessie Fordyce Sutherland Cameron. The mystery couple I
am referring to are a Marion and Charles Cameron. I have no clue who
they are and they have to be connected somehow. My Canada cousin says no
relation, well then why are they with my Camerons, and who are they?
Just wanted to share in case anyone is missing Marion and Charles
let me know,

"CAMERON - Mary Isabella Cameron passed away at the Mayfair Centre May
30 , 2001.
Mary was born on the family farm near Elnora , Alberta , August 6 ,
1906. Mary spent most of her life prior to 1956 on the farm. After the death
of her mother , Mary moved to Calgary and was employed initially by the F.
E. Osborne Book Co. and subsequently by the Calgary Public Library where
she worked until well into her seventies.
Her desire for knowledge and contributing to others was evident by active
involvement in the Red Cross , Business and Professional Women's Club ,
Mount Royal Study Group , auditing University courses in Alberta history ,
as well as a long affiliation with Central United Church. Mary loved to read
and travel and did both .
Mary was predeceased by her parents , Donald and Marion Cameron , her
siblings ,Senator Donald Cameron, Margaret Gillespie, Ian Cameron , Anne
Sherwood, Charles Cameron, and a niece Norma Jean Weisenberger . She is
survived by two sisters-in-law, Margaret Cameron of Red Deer, Alberta and
Dorothy Cameron of Victoria ,British Columbia, numerous nieces and nephews.
A tree will be planted in Mary's Honour in Fish Creek (Calgary)
Provincial Park."
