Morvern, Argyllshire, Scotland
The Morvern peninsula is a remote and beautiful region west of Oban / Fort William and
north of the Isle of Mull. I have taken the ferry from Oban through the Sound of Mull,
where Morvern is located on the north shore of the Sound, to Isle of Tiree where my
Cameron / McLean ancestors emigrated from in 1851 to Guelph, Ontario, Canada, where I live
today. As per below are a few websites that you may find to be of interest. By the way,
I am organizing and Isle of Tiree Gathering to be held in July, 2003 in Guelph, Ontario.
