x-Scott ... I went to
www.bluewaterradio.ca then to "The Sounds of Scotland with
Andy Mack" then to "Friday February 17, 2006 show. It took me a few seconds to
listen in, not 5-10 minutes. The direct link
www.bluewaterradio.ca/thesoundsofscotland
did not work for me as it referenced "The Page you are looking for is not here or has

I ran the 10km today in London, Ontario Chilly yesterday

36 / 172 runners 7 / 16 men age 45 - 49 (- 20 deg. celcius wind chill, windy and
snowy!...I know have a great appreciation for running Oxford Street to the west, twice, it
sure was winter head on in the face!)
(Personal best was 0:43:25.3 May 1st, 2005 on a net downhill course, ideal temperatures,
Sporting Life 10 km)
If David had ran the 5 km 14 and under he would have placed 1st. He can run 21ish. 23:47
was the winner for 14 and under. Next race Burlington 1/2 Marathon Chilly and
Hamilton's Around the Bay 30 km in March then off to Boston Marathon 2006 in April.
David running the 5km in Hamilton.
