as the birth date of your Michael
Cameron is available, if 1903/4, and his marriage probably which would
confirm his parents names. £6.00 is worth spending to make a breakthrough.

HI ALL, I really hope someone here can help. I don't have a lot of
information so I know it is a stab in the dark. Michael Cameron was my
grandad, sadly he died befoe I was born and never knew him. He lived in
the Rutherglen area of Glasgow. He married my gran, Ivy Readman. He was 16
years older than her. I know my gran was born in 1919 so he would have
been roughly 1903 then. He died 26th December 1969, he would have been
around 66. He had 2 daughters Angela(married a Watson) and Rosemary
(married a Walker). He also had 2 sisters, dunno about brothers, they were
called Mary(Married in McIntrye family) and Catherine/Cathy.I also know he
worked on the old steam trains in Glasgow. Any one who recognises the
names please get in touch. All help greatly appreciated,I am fairly new to
this. Thanks
