I have a difficult CAMERON to find. Sometime before 1850, a Jackson married a CAMERON. We
know they were in South Carolina. He married sisters. The second after the first died. The
women were the daughters of a Doctor Cameron, who practised medicine near the boundary of
SC and NC.Later, around 1850, Jackson went to Owensvile, on Willow Creek in Texas, between
Owensville and Nesbit..In later years, the farm was bought and the tombstones removed,
and the land turned back into cultivation. We do not know if either CAMERON wife ever
lived in Texas.Apparently most of the children were born in SC. CAMERON lived on what was
called back then, Cameron Creek, in SC.Some of the descendents were two daughters who
married WOODS, and two married GRIFFINS in Texas. If any CAMERON researchers recognize
any of these, I would appreciate a message. We are stumped on the
CAMERON.--MiiMii4(a)worldnet.att.net
