William Cameron was bap. 15 Dec. 1757 in Coventry Parish (Anglican),
Somerset Co., Md. s/o Evander and Elizabeth (Bartlett) Cameron.
Evander (Evan) Cameron b. c. 1710-prob. in Scotland; he mar.
Elizabeth Bartlett c. 1738 in Somerset Co. First record on him is
the 1739 Pocomoke Hundred,Som. Co. tax list. he and wife both died
in a typhoid epidemic that hit the Eastern Shore of Md. in the Spring
of 1777.Evander's will made 25 Mar. 1777 prob. 8 Apr. 1777; wife
Elizabeth's will made 31 Mar. 1777. pro. 8 Apr. 1777.
Elizabeth b. c. 1720 in Somerset d/o Thomas and Margaret (Thompson) Bartlett.

I have Wm. mar. Arcadia Traherne c1784, though one researcher listed
her as a Walker. was she the Widow Walker when Wm. mar. her ?
In addition to John Bartlett I also have a dau. Sarah b. 11 Apr.
1785, mar. Milby Selby Purnell July 1805 and had children:
