John and Jannet Cameron had the following children in the 1700's,
Rev. Archibald, John, Angus, Christiena, Nancy(Ann), Jannett. John
Cameron received land for serving in the Rev. War and received land,
found documentation that the Cameron land was divided among John's
wife Jannett's and children in 1786. Jannett wrote a Will in 1797
giving her land and personal belongings to Rev. Archibald, John,
Christinea, also mentioning Augus her son and Polly (Mary Ann) her
daughter were excluded due to the fact they had already been provided
for.
Christieana died in 1799, so Jannett (the mother) added a codicil to
her Will leaving all her land and personal belonging to Rev.
Archibald, John (her sons) and an evening
gown to daughter Nancy. Jannett also mention anything due her or
coming to her from a Polly McDonald should go to the the said
children, Rev. Archibald, John.
Anyone have these people mentioned in their families? John Cameron
Jr. may have had children, however I don't believe the Rev. Archibald
Cameron had any children of his own.
