Hello Peter
Thank you for this. My John Johnson had a son Tobias and a daughter
Elizabeth (noted in wills) but I am not aware of other children but will
follow up on these to either eliminate them or further pursue them.
Sincerely
Anne

Subject: Re: [CAMBRIDGE] Marriage of John Johnson Holy Trinity Cambridge
On the Cambs FHS disc of Holy Trinity all brides surnames seems to
be
missing in this period so you may be out of luck there.
There are some christenings :- William 9/11/1570, Elizabeth 25/11/71,
Thomas
17/7/76, John 29/11/7, Mary 7/6/79, Sara 18/3/80
There is another christening around 1779 but the father is attributed as
William Johnson.
Hope some of this helps

Subject: [CAMBRIDGE] Marriage of John Johnson Holy Trinity Cambridge
Hello
I am new to the list as have found a marriage which I am hoping may be a
missing marriage for my ancestor.
The entry reads:
26 Jun 1570 John JOHNSON & Elizabeth surname: [blank]
By Licence: Cambridge, Holy Trinity
I am wondering if the marriage entry would provide any further details
regarding John Johnson or if the Marriage Licence would still exist.
Appreciate any assistance
With thanks
