Kay,
I have those in Latayne Colvett Stanfill's book "Colvett Family
Chronicles" pg. 340. William Joseph CALVIT married Minerva M. WALKER,
daughter of General Joseph WALKER, Governor of LA (1850-53).
They had three children;
1. Joseph Walker Calvit b. 1836 d. Nov. 1850
2. Catherine Calvit b. @ 1838, married John J. SWANN, 11 Dec.1879, divorced,
no children
3. William Joseph Calvit II, b. Jun.1840 d. @ 1915, married Lavinia Rentrap,
three children: William Joseph Calvit III, Elmer Z. Calvit and Charles M.
Calvit.
William Joseph Calvit was the G Grandson of William Calvit, eldest son of
Anthony and Mary Dean.
William Joseph died @ 1840 and Minerva must have moved in with her father.
William Joseph and his first wife Eliza Henderson, had one child Mary
Rosanna Calvit, b. 13 Sept. 1827 d. 17 Oct. 1901, she married William Clark
James, 1 Jan. 1845. She's buried in "Henderson Hill Cemetery".
