Yes, this is Claude W. Calvin's book. In all fairness, Lillian, it isn't
ALL wrong. But it does have a number of major errors in it. For example,
he listed my 3xgr.grandmother, Elizabeth Calvin, as daughter of Vincent and
Christina [Ruth] Calvin. While Vincent did have a daughter named Elizabeth,
she wasn't MY Elizabeth. My Elizabeth was the daughter of James Calvin as
is proved by his probate papers in Johnson Co., IN. James was the son of
Capt. Luther Calvin. This is just one instance in which Claude W. Calvin's
information is erroneous. Which is why I suggested that the "reader beware"
when accessing this book. Marilyn R. Solari [lynden(a)goldrush.com] 01/21/04

If the Calvin book is the one by Claude Calvin it is WRONG. Many years
ago I corresponded with Claude Calvin when he was very elderly. It is
being reprinted with errors intact. lpeterka(a)juno.com
