Thanks for this post. Cordelia "Cordella/Delia" [Baker] Colvin was the wife
of Irwin Colvin. They are found in the 1860 census as Erwin and Delia
Colvin, a newly married couple in Erie Co., NY, E. Hamburg Twp., and in the
1870 census in Erie Co., Aurora Twp. with a 9 yr. old son, Daniel,
apparently their only child or only surviving child at any rate. In 1860,
Irwin was living next door to his father, Erastus-6 Colvin [Luther-5,
Amos-4, etc.]. Irwin apparently died between 1910 and 1920 in Erie Co., NY.
In the 1920 census, Cordelia, a widow, was living in the household of her
married son, Daniel. Marilyn
