Hi folks,
Am hoping one of you who has done a great deal of research on the Calverts
can help this gentleman on his quest. Anyone with Calvert's in Georgia?

Cloah Calvert has been an enigma. I searched for 6 years and can't find
her. She is the ONLY Calvert in the database. She was b. Dec. 25, 1788
in place unknown and d. Jan. 23, 1887 in Georgia. You would think I
would find something in that almost 100 year period. About 1742, she
married Absalom Lomax in place unknown. I have the Lomax line fairly
well documented. Children of Cloah and Absalom were: Jane Dillard, Nancy
Dillard, James Dillard, Margaret Matilda (my line ), George Washington
Andrew Jackson. Do you have anything on Cloah or her unknown siblings or
parents in your database ? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Feel
free to excerpt any part of this message for the bulletin board. I keep
meaning to make a post but have not yet done so. I'm a subscriber to the
digest version, I believe.

Hi Allen,
It looks like we may be cousins of a sort, in at least one way. The
Burlingame are my step-mother's line. Also, I notice you are looking for
Calvert. That is my maiden name, and as you can see from my sig line I am
the owner of the Calvert mailing list. It's great to meet cousins!
