Richard,
I think I would attempt to proceed with or without
Ms.O'Gorman. Ms. O'Gorman apparently published a document sent to her for
corrections and a look-see and cut out the author of any connection with
the production of those data. Recently, a Prodigy friend and researcher,
Lillian Etter, reiterated her ethical problems she has had with the
O'Gorman material. She and a few others spent time in Richmond VA archives
last spring( I went to see them and say Hi - but didn't have time to
participate!). She got into some original material and had to leave much
of it unread because of the restraints of her time. Lillian and her
husband live outside San Diego and have access to the Carlsbad library.
Lillian has served many as she is an expert in many lines of the Calverts
and kin - but ceratinly not all!
Lillian Etter only uses the PRODIGY Genealogy group at present (which I
check in with myself from time to time)
She will help you if she can I am sure...
Her address is: <BKBR69A(a)prodigy.com> (when I last used it! If ANY
