Jim,
That looks to be true. I don't have him 1860 either but 1850 is:
CENSUS: 1850 Belmont Co OH, Smith Twp, page 270a&b roll 661, bk 1
HH2320/2347
William Calvert Farmer 57 VA
Rachel Calvert 46 VA
Nancy 23 VA
Hester 20 VA
Hanson 16 VA
Rachel 10 VA

Jim Calvert suggested I pass this on to you. I answered this lady for Jim on Calvert
GenForum. I promised someone more knowledgeable on these Calverts would get back to her.
Her William H. Calvert looks like a definite match to Hanson Calvert, the son of William
Calvert, son of John Calvert Jr. I have posted the same on GenForum.
His age matches what Hanson would be in 1860, 1870, and 1880. Birth states match: He was
born in VA; his parents were born in PA and VA respectively. His middle initial is
"H".
I found the older William in Smith Twp. of Belmont in 1840 and 1850. I am still looking
in 1830, although he should be in VA, probably the panhandle. William and his wife,
Rachel cannot be found in 1860. Perhaps he died and she remarried, or maybe both died.
The only other children are girls.
