Hi Vicki,
Probably what happened (and I'm copying this to the list in case it happens
to others) is that the URL in my email "wrapped" to the next line and so
when you clicked on it, it didn't get the entire URL, just the part that was
in the first line. The only suggestion I can give is to copy and paste the
url into your browser rather than just clicking on it and to make sure that
it ends with "html/msa00198.html" (without the quote marks). Hope that
