Jim,
The Jabez Calvert in my original post married Nancy Ann Mitchell on 22 Apr
1852, who died in 1861, and then Paulina Caroline Shinn on 8 Nov 1862, both
in Carroll County, MO. He was a son of Noding Calvert, who was a brother to
your Jabez Calvert. They were both sons of William Calvert and Elizabeth
Nodding. I am also interested (along with a lot of people!) in this last
William Calvert, as they are my ancestors as well, through their daughter
Mary. None of us yet know who his parents were.
Steve
Hello, Steven,
Interesting information. I am directly related to a Jabez Calvert, but he
married a Malinda Barnes and was born about 1805. Do you have any
information on who are the parents of the Jabez you
mention? I am also looking for the parents of a William Calvert who died
in Carroll County, Missouri. he was married to Elizabeth Nodding. He was
born about 1757 in Virginia. Any Information
on these Calverts?
Thanks,
Jim at colmall(a)uswest.net
