I have WATKINS kin who came from Muhlenberg co., Ky. to Uvalde area. Rio
Frio is where they were and I've been told that there is a monument to my
g.g.uncle there. Story goes he hauled some water to some settlers and saved
the day. Say...... I live in Texas and was just thinking, wonder if I have
any kin down that way who would haul some water to me. We sure do need a
