Could you tell us where Circileville is located? Do you know where these
people fit in the Calvert families?
The only connection I have with a Calvert family and a Haines (Haynes) family
is through the marriage of Jacob Calvert to Mary Shepherd c. 1804 in Belmont
County, OH. Mary's mother was Margaret Haines (Haynes). Her step-mother was
Mary Haines (Haynes).

Frank Calvert
Lewis Franklin Calvert, 79, died at 1 p.m. Monday in the home of his daughter,
Mrs. Harry Welch of 552 East Franklin street, where he and Mrs. Calvert
have been living.
Born in Hocking County April 29, 1870, he was the son of Jacob and Margaret
Grant Calvert. He was the last of 11 children.
Besides his widow, Vesta Matilda Haynes Calvert, he is survived by one
son, Carl Calvert of Pleasantville; four daughters, Mrs. Welch, in whose
home he died, Mrs. Ralph Wolfe of Circleville Route 1, Mrs. Don Stout of
Columbus and Mrs. Russel Crumley of Lancaster, Route 6; and 39 grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Defenbaugh Funeral Home
with the Rev. Carl Butterbaugh officiating. Burial was in Forest Cemetery.
