most of the Calvert DNA is posted to y-search. Send me in an email your results and I will
run a comparison.
Our two Haplotype groups are:
R1b1xxx which is English with more granular specificity. There are 5 major groupings of
individuals in this category.
Note: We do not have anyone from the descend of Cornelius Calvert, b 1695 Lancashire
removed to Norfolk, VA. He and his sons were ship's captains and claim descent from
THE Calverley's.
I1axxx - this group of Calverts is very succinct in tracing
in that they descend from John Calvert of Mooresome, Yorks who removed to County Armagh.
This is my line.
If we are mismatching, then it is a positive step. This would be the first indication that
we have that the Calverley's are not Calvert and Vice-versa(at least of our known
groups).
There are research files available at the research group (Yahoo Group) that may be of use
to you.
