I am a female, but I could ask my brothers to donate, if DNA is still needed. Or perhaps
you could use my son's? What is done with the DNA? How is it recorded? Who has access
to it? My father was raised by his grandfather, Sumner Calvert, and great grandfather Amos
House Calvert. As a boy he spent his summers with Amos House Calvert, panning for gold in
Colorado. Both Amos House Calvert and Sumner Calvert were curious about genealogy.
Amos' father was William P. Calvert, the son of Alexander Calvert. Sumner took my
father on ancestor hunts through grave yards when my father was a little kid. My father
talked about them when I was young. I guess that is how I ended up interested in
genealogy.
