These was the closest that I could find, possibly John CHARLES. I am NO help with present
day Callisons <smile>. At one time, the family of Lewis Callison (who I think is
James Jr and Ann Gillespie Callison) was in Saline Co.
Name: John C Callison
Home in 1930: Saline, Saline, Arkansas
Age: 9
Estimated Birth Year: abt 1921
Relation to Head of House: Son
John C Callison 39
Lulu M Callison 34
Roy C Callison 16
Frances B Callison 14
Ernest B Callison 11
John C Callison 9
Betty A Callison 7
Mary L Callison 3 9/12
This one did enlist in WW II in Little Rock, AR in 1942. He was born in Grant Co., AR,
married, worked for the RR and had 4 years of high school education. However he was listed
as John C. JR and one record for his father has John CLEVELAND Callison, born 1884 Saline
Co., AR, living in Grant Co in 1942 and working for the RR. He was the son of Robert and
Celia Callison.
Good luck in your search. Take care. Marilyn

I am searching for a Charles Callison who was born around 1919-1921 and
entered the Navy in or around Little Rock AR in 1941-1943. He
was a cook and
stationed in the Pacific. I can be more specifiec as to my search if I'm
speeking to the correct person.
Thank you,
Bill Cole
