hi. my grandfather was a kelleson. we are finding so many ways his last
name is spelled; kellison, kelleson, callison, kelson. his birthdate
was march 31, 1856. then we have a james kelleson born march 31, 1871. my
mom must have made a mistake for his year of birth, and , which one was my
grandfather. she wrote he was born in the town of wilna, jefferson county,
new york. in the 1920 cenus for st. lawernce county, new york, they have it
spelled kelvington. i know it is them, it listes frank kellison, inez,
william, violet, and clifford. my mom told us her father had two sisters,
mary jane and minnie. one was married and had a son, the other sister never
got married. and in some places james is listed as frank. my grandfather
frank married my grandmother inez durham, from st.lawernce county, new york.
my mom said we had indian blood, and my grandfather lived in the dakotas, or
around that area. thanks.

Why dont each of you who has a line that you cannot connect -- no
matter
what
time period or what area, write a little bio of your earliest descendant
and
we'll keep a file. Also make note in any census records for your known
lines
or any (particularly males) that are not accounted for. Joyce has been
working
for years on her Samuel and we have at least learned that he had a brother
James. Take care all. Maybe we can eventually put a bio compilation on our
webpage for others.
